FAQ

What brand of oil do you use for oil changes?

We use Motorcraft oil unless the vehicle requires something different. By default we will use Motorcraft Synthetic Blend Oil, but upon request (or if the vehicle requires it) we can use Motorcraft Fully Synthetic Oil for an additional charge.

Do I need an appointment for an Oil Change?

No appointment necessary. Just swing on into the Quick Lane at Midway Ford anytime that we're open and we would be happy to help. The Quick Lane has its own entrance at the south end of the dealership.

How long does it take to perform an Oil Change?

We can usually get you back on the road within 45-60 minutes. However, if we're busy, it might take longer than that. You can always call the Quick Lane ahead of time to check the wait time.

Why does the complimentary 20-point inspection include?

Our factory-trained technicians will check your tires, battery, fluid levels, belts, hoses, light bulbs, steering, suspension, engine air filter, and wiper blades.

Why is it important to change my oil?

Oil is the lifeblood of your vehicle. There are tons of moving parts in your engine and the oil keeps them lubricated so they don't get too hot and break. Over time, the oil breaks down and gets sludgy - and when that happens, it isn't really protecting your engine anymore.
