Step-by-step FordPass Setup Guide

With the FordPass app you can control your vehicle remotely with your cell phone, earn rewards for spending, contact roadside assistance.

Download the FordPass app from the App Store or Google Play.
If you already have a Ford Owner account you can log in using that email and password. If not, you click "Create Account" and set up a Ford Owner account.
If you have a FordPass connect equipped vehicle, you will get a pop-up telling you to connect your vehicle. Swipe left to add your vehicle.
Either enter your VIN manually or scan the VIN off your vehicle by pressing the camera icon and pointing the camera at the VIN label located on the vehicles door sill.
Give your vehicle a nickname if you'd like. Then press "Get Started".
Press "Vehicle Details" then press to activate your vehicle.
Go start your vehicle and the touchscreen on the vehicle will prompt you to allow the setup of FordPass. Press "Allow" to continue. Now you should be all set!
