How much does it cost to repair my transmission?

It depends. Perhaps nothing, if your vehicle is still under warranty. However, if your vehicle is outside of warranty, then we would start with a charge of $159.95 to diagnose the cause of the concern and provide and estimate for the repair cost. Repair costs can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars.


Do I need an appointment for a transmission repair?

Not necessarily, you are always welcome to drop your vehicle off with our Service Department for a transmission repair but if we are busy it might take a couple days before we are able to get started on it. If you set up an appointment with us we will be able to get started on it more quickly. Appointments with the Service Department can be made online or by phone .

How long does it take for a transmission repair?

For a transmission repair, plan on leaving your vehicle with us for at least a day, sometimes longer if we have to wait for parts. We offer a complete rental department with all kinds of vehicles available for rent at affordable rates.


What kind of warranty comes with a transmission repair?

Both parts and labor come with the assurance of a two-year/unlimited-mileage warranty so long as we use Ford and Motorcraft parts for the transmission repair.**


I have a warranty but it's not a Ford warranty - can I use it for a transmission repair?

We accept almost all after-market warranties for transmission repairs. Just make sure to bring the warranty information with you (usually they give you a packet).
